Analysis performed:
1) Process & flue Gas analysis by GC: H2, Ar, O2 (by orsat), N2, CH4, C2H6, C3H8, C4H10 (n & iso), C5H10 (n & iso), C6H14, CO, CO2.
2) Water analysis: All types of water(Raw water, D/water, BFW, CBD, waste water, Condensate Samples)
3) Benfield Analysis (CO2 Absorbent): K2CO3, KHCO3, DEA, V2O5, Fe, HCOOK, foaming tendency of solution.
4) Urea Plant intermediate solutions and urea product: Urea, NH3, CO2,Biuret, Formaldehyde and moisture.
5) DAP (Di-ammonium phosphate) DAP product: N2, P2O5, moisture.
6) Oil (Lubricating, Furnace): Viscosity, Flash point, Moisture, Suspended solids, Acid number, Fire point, density.
7) Raw material: Complete analysis of raw materials used. e .g furnace oil, Acids, caustic soda, Urea-Formaldehyde solution, Fe2O3, K2CO3, Di-ethanolamine, Phosphoric acid, activated carbon, Sodium hypochlorite, V2O5, Silica sand.
8) Microbiological Testing.
9) Corrosion monitoring: Corrosion monitoring in cooling water system.
10) Environmental analysis: Analysis performed to maintain good environment i.e. emissions (NOx, SOx, fertilizer stacks) and effluents (COD, BOD and all EPA required tests)
11) Solutions preparation and standardizations.
12) Having experience on different analytical instruments
