TTM POLIO Monitoring Officer
Here my few duties were, to work according to the instruction of the DHQ Hospital Batkhela POLIO ERADICATION OFFICER (P.E.O) to visit the concern house hold, to collect data from those concern house holds and to check all the childs which are under 5 of year age that either they are properly vaccinated or not by the Polio teams.
