Graduate Trainee Engineer
I have work experience as a Trainee Engineer in following areas,
• Crude Distillation Unit
• Hydro Desulphurizing Unit
• Platformer Unit
• LPG Sweetening Unit
• Utilities (Water Softening Unit, Degassifier,Deaerator, Boiler)
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Product quality control according to specification & Operational optimization as much possible including Plant start up & shutdown activities.
• Routine equipments and process performance monitoring, checkup, log book , job list and daily production report maintained.
• Ensure all activities to carry out as per Refinery’s EHS policies.
• Following Permit to Work System strictly and maintain its record & Logged.
• Equipments necessary isolations, local switch over / shutdown, and handing over / taking over activities for equipments maintenance work with LOTO System.
• Maintain chemical injection rates in different units.
ACHIEVEMENTS
• Startup and shutdown of crude distillation unit, hydro desulphurization unit, platformer unit.
• Regeneration of platformer unit
• Hydroskimming of hydrodesulphurizer reactor.
