⦁ Conducting and Leading monthly committee meeting of HSE and assigning responsibilities.
⦁ Implementing, monitoring and maintaining HSEQ policies and procedures throughout the region.
⦁ Surprise and/or periodic inspection of workers/jobs under execution.
⦁ Prompt reporting of all accidents / incidents / near misses.
⦁ Investigating of all accidents / incidents / near misses to find out root causes and taking corrective actions.
⦁ Monitoring Safety non – conformance, corrective and preventive actions.
⦁ Monitoring safety trends and residual risk
Conducting Risk Assessments, ensuring new hazards are identified on an on-going basis. Maintaining risk assessment register and reducing hazards to ALARP level.
⦁ Provide basic and refresher training to all employees on safety & quality. Conducting safety promotional activities as per company policies.
⦁ House Keeping, updating first AID boxes and maintaining firefighting equipment’s.
⦁ Conducting evacuation drills for fire safety/earth quake/any other emergency in given time frame.
⦁ Implementing and maintaining reward and reprimand procedures of company.
⦁ Maintaining stock for PPE’s and ensuring the availability of required PPE and their good working order.
⦁ Internal audit for compliance.
⦁ Measuring monthly LT-SAIFI SAIDI on the basis of Monthly LT-Faults Data Sheet.
⦁ Carry out any other assignment as specified by DGM / GM – Corporate HSEQ.

Some Extra Task Assigned in “KE LTD” like:
⦁ Normalizing of LT-Network by Rectification of LT-Faults.
⦁ Arranging Corrective maintenance and annual preventive maintenance of LT-Network.
⦁ Balancing the load on PMTs through testing.
⦁ Following strictly all HSEQ factors
