- Maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments including systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations.- Identifying and solving any problems that arise with computer networks and systems- Performing disaster recovery operations and data backups when required- Maintaining existing software and hardware and upgrading any that have become obsolete- Configuring network hardware like servers, routers, and switches- Protecting data, software, and hardware by coordinating, planning and implementing network security measures- Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency) and test for weaknesses- Working on firewalls, Internet VPN’s remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution- Designing, configuring and testing networking software, computer hardware, and operating system software- Installing, configuring and supporting network equipment including routers, proxy servers, switches,WAN accelerators, DNS and DHCP

• Planning for deployment and configuration of Military Pension, Saving Bank and CounterAutomation Servers for the organization network.•Handle daily technical support activities on desktop support, data network, and server management. Attending to all the needs of employees and their network concerns.•Setup desktop computers and peripherals (Shared printers and scanners)• Develop, deploy, configure, and integrate LAN, VPN, and other associated IT networks withthe existing system for desired performance.• Developing network configuration management plans to cater needs of diverse operatingsystems and maintain system functionality and efficiency.• Examine, analyze, and evaluate network designs, data models, infrastructure, and currentconfiguration patterns to build specifications for support system integration, rectifications,configuration, and development functions.• Design and perform tests to evaluate the optimal configuration of network infrastructure.• Monitoring and analyzing functionality and performance of the existing system network to identifyflaws and suggest improvements.• Provide professional expertise and support in resolving network faults and troubleshootingerrors in integrated network programs, servers, hardware, software WAN networks, etc.• Prepare and update documents and reports on identified shortcomings in integrated andconfigured networks, fault resolution services, and directed maintenance activities.• Identifying system needs for network up-gradation to deploy additional network checkpointsand recommend modifications as per changing system needs
