                 Management and overseeing all construction activities, Coordinate with client, Designer, Architecture, Consultants and Contractor, oversee technical specifications,Tendering, Planning /work Schedule, Quality/Quantity Control, (Bills of Quantities) sites audit, procurement, documentations, control site expenses.
ACHIEVEMENTS: 
a-Successfully completed RMC 5th and 6th Floor extension Project
   (Steel Structure) (Covered Area 66000 Sft)
 b- Construction of Rehman College of Dentistry and Teaching Hospital
      Peshawar Pakistan (High rise building) Completed Grey structure
       from Foundation to roof top (B-2, B-1 and Ground + 9th Floor
       Grey structure and 03 Side FACADE) Area: 165,000 Sft

Propose suitable technical solutions for any supplementary problems that might arise while the works are ongoing and if necessary, consult with structural engineers (Mushtaq and Bilal / ARCOP Pvt Ltd Karachi) or other for second opinions within the Designer and client .
ACHIEVEMENTS: Completed grey structure of Ground floor,Basement-1
and Basement-2 (Client stopped project due to financial crisis)

 SPECIFIC DUTIES , RESPONSIBILITIES AND TECHNICAL ISSUES:

a. Management of all construction activities and Coordinate, oversee technical specifications, X-sections, (Bills of Quantities) sites audit, procurement documents, control site expenses,, contracts drawn up with suppliers, subcontractors and appointment of construction staff.
b. Coordination and oversee planning, drawing, Budget control, discuss and solution of financial matter with government Official, engineering consultant firm and other local authorities.
c. Management and Controlling of transportation /Plant section /stock.
d. Reporting to Managing Director.

 ACHIEVEMENTS: Completed ongoing 50 KM Highway project.

Specific duties and responsibilities in technical issues:
I. Coordinate, oversee and approve (/disapprove) technical specifications, sections, (Bills of Quantities) of all constructions planned, procurement documents and contracts drawn up with suppliers, subcontractors and contractors.
II. Coordinate, oversee and approve/disapprove the work of any consultants or contractors hired in the project;
III. Propose suitable technical solutions for any supplementary problems that might arise while the works are ongoing and, if necessary, consult with structural engineers or other for second opinions, within the RCRC movement or external;
IV. Guarantee that the construction work is in accordance with governmental requirements and other applicable standards in the context;
V. Provide technical support and guidance to the Technical Officers/Site Engineer and watchmen, put in place and follow-up qualitative site supervision procedures;
VI. Provide training for local labor, if skills are not up to the standard, in issues as proper mixing of mortar and concrete, proper spacing and compaction of reinforced concrete, proper wood connections and double pinning, overlapping and metal plating or strapping etc. Specific duties and responsibilities in reporting
VII. Regular reporting to the Line Manager on the progress of the work, in terms of construction progress, human resources, budget, activities conducted.Document all major elements of the construction project for future record.
VIII. Oversee and gather the reports coming in from the Technical Officers/Site Engineer .

ACHIEVEMENTS: Successfully completed Projects of Repair Rehabilitation and Reconstruction of Health Facilities in District Shangla and Kohistan (ERRP).

Site/ Sub Engineer:- (Dec,1981- 15th Aug,2008 ) (26 year 08 Month)

PROJECT : Construction /Repair Buildings and Roads

 SPECIFIC DUTIES , RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for working closely with the end client on various construction and civil engineering projects, creating detailed plans, monitoring/updating progress,
• Ensuring that all assigned work is completed on time and within agreed budgets.
• Supervising Civil Engineering projects (Building and roads) and Quality and Quantity control. Preparation of Engineers Estimates/BOQ, Contractor bills, new Drawing / as build x-section,
• Producing, processing financial measurements /Contractor bills /rate analysis etc.
• Coordination with other Government Departments in KPK and completed civil engineering projects under the different Budget Head (ADP/NON ADP, US AID,ASIAN Development Bank/OPEC, World Bank, ESR Program, Khushal Program Pakistan)

ACHIEVEMENTS: Completed Civil Engineering Projects,(Buildings and Roads) , Schools, Colleges, Elementary /Polytechnic Colleges, Hospitals and others Government Buildings including , Water supply, Sanitation, Electrification & other associated facilities in Public Sector buildings, Highway projects and maintenance of road.
