I supervised the following final year projects;
• Design of Light Frame Housing for Earthquake Prone Areas of Pakistan
• Quantitative and Qualitative Risk Assessment of High Rise Building in Pakistan.
• Assessing Total Quality Management in Construction Industry of Pakistan.
• Construction of Water Supply and Sewerage Schemes for Rural Areas.

Being a Site Manager, my domain of typical work activities includes;
 Designing the layout of energy distribution, water pipes and ventilation systems and identifying relevant materials.
 Drawing up plans using computer-aided design and building information modelling software.
 Carrying out tests on systems and making changes to plans where necessary.
 Monitoring the installation of services and managing their maintenance once the building is completed.
 Making sure that all building services meet health and safety requirements and environmental legislation.
 Negotiating contracts with clients, particularly in consultancy work.
 Liaising with plumbers, electricians, surveyors, architectural technologists and other construction professionals.
 Giving presentations and writing reports highlighting the practical implications of the architect’s designs.
 Promoting energy efficiency and other sustainability initiatives

As Resident Engineer, I am engaged with following tasks;
• Create and hand out schedules for construction staff working in the field.
• Create Work Breakdown Structure of the project at MS-PM software.
• Prepare period reports and assessments for each project phase.
• Perform field quality control observations and assessments.
• Inspect and assess the quality of materials being used at site.
• Calculate the quantity of material, supplies and equipment needed for each individual site.
• Verify and approve invoices of purchases.
• Oversee the work of field staff to ensure efficacy of work procedures.
• Ensure compliance to project specifications.
• Make sure that all construction activities are being carried out in accordance to preset safety rules.
• Ensure availability of resources and materials at all times.
• Perform continuous evaluation on trends and ensure the preventative maintenance managed at each stage of the project.
• Create Survey maps and blueprints prior.
• Guesstimate project feasibility and direct all resources to the site in a time efficient manner.
• Provide technical advice to field staff in order to ensure that construction procedures are being carried out properly.
• Identify construction constraints and plan and carry out measures to counter them.
• Test sites to ensure appropriateness for construction project.

AZ Engineering Associates is a Consultant & Construction company and I was working there as Junior Engineers to deal with the following tasks;
 Prepare different drawings of Roads, Culverts and Bridges.
 Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client.
 Undertaking cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work.
 Performing risk, value management and cost control.
 Analyzing outcomes and writing detailed progress reports.
 Allocation work to subcontractors.
 Identifying, analyzing and developing response to commercial risk.
