❖The role entails to implement the community activities of the pilot with regard to mobilization, conducting awareness session and organizing community care groups (CCGs). The specific activities are as:
❖Establish community care groups (CCGs in the pilot Union Councils per stated process and criteria in the SCEB strategy
❖Identify the “Lead Mothers” among the CCGs and work closely with them on various aspects
❖Organize community awareness sessions with regard to CMI in strong collaboration and support of the CCGs, particularly Lead Mothers
❖Provide on-the-job-mentoring and coaching to the CCGs members, particularly Lead Mothers
❖Support the lead mothers to arrange and conduct community care group meetings
❖Ensure that weekly meetings of the CCGs are held in which they provide progress update of the agreed activities and develop an agreed list of tasks for the next
❖Provide regular feedback to the Community groups in target union councils and DAF on SCEB pilots
❖Coordinate with the respective community groups to update them on the pilot interventions and seek support as required
❖Liaise with the LHW and CMW in the catchments population as and when required
❖Assist the Field supervisor to collect the SCEB pilot intervention data and reports from the field
❖Assist the Field supervisor to conduct trainings for the Lead mothers
❖Participate in the district level events such as Check in meetings, DAF

❖ Performing any other tasks as agreed with Field supervisor
·1 Participates in need assessments, WASH activities, feasibility studies, stakeholder analyses and community consultations;
·3 Supports the development of agreements and MoUs with community based organizations or other civil society groups.
·4 Elaborate all needs based inputs and all other activities according to the objectives of the program and the beneficiary involvement strategy of ORGANIZATION.
·5 Mobilizes the community in the effective use of the community resources for hygiene promotion.
·6 Mobilize communities for the prioritizing of recovery activities and strategies.
·7 Facilitates the capacity building and setup of representative community committees (steering committees).
·8 Ensure, through daily dialogues and consultations that the strategy of the projects and the commitments of the various stakeholders are adhered to.
·10 Responsible for mainstreaming gender
·11 Maximize beneficiary contribution.
·12 Participate in NFI distributions whenever required.
·13 Supports in the development of IEC materials for all activities implemented.
