• Responsible for interviewing, hiring, and training new employees in the parts department
• Regulate the amount of inventory and efficient stock control

• Administer the back-orders, so that the customer receives timely information on the status of back-ordered parts and such parts are delivered to the customer on the promised date
• Monitor responses to telephonic inquiries to ensure that service standards are maintained
• Oversee cash and debt sales handling
• Monitor parts availability in warehouse and advise inventory control staff in maintaining adequate stock levels
• Monitor the sales processes to ensure that document control, invoicing, sales returns, warranties and application of customer discounts are carried out as per the standard operating procedure
• Attending and dealing of cash and credit customers for spare parts, lubricants(Veedol) queries and sales
• Achieve monthly sales targets set by top management.
• Achieve best in class Customer satisfaction level.
• Resolves all queries and issues of customers through telephone, fax, email and as well as face to face.
• Counsels, guides and motivates the personnel under his control for performance enhancement.
• Monitoring productivity (KPI\'s) and stock movement and maintaining high levels of staff morale
• Interprets policies, directives, or procedures for personnel.
• Plan layout of facilities and storage of goods.
• Inventory management, ensure all the stock are counted and verified with the system every period.
• Work with dealers to ensure service agreements are fulfilled.
• Resource allocation and optimal utilization.
• Ensures the effective completion of tasks related to Sales, Imports, Procurement, Inventory control, Receiving, Shipping and Storage of goods; timely submittal of daily and monthly and yearly reports.
• Coordinating between the departments of Customer Service, Logistics and sales and execution of sales and warehouse operations to meet deadlines and exceed Customer Satisfaction.

• Promote development of local vendors for increasing product line and assist in registration.
