• Review of Clients Tender Documents, Specifications & Method Statements to assure/arrange for Quality and execution plans.
• Control of Material & Documentation as per ISO 9001.
• To follow all Safety Requirements during material handling, fabrication, welding,painting/coating and testing.
• Preparation of Quality & Execution Procedures as per Clients Specifications & related codes & Standards.
• Preparation of Quality & Inspection Plan (QIP) as per Scope of Work (SOW).
• Preparation of different Formats required from start, during execution and till commissioning of job.
• Review of IFC Drawings & P & IDs and approve material Purchase Orders as per listed material in BOM.
• Preparation of Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) & perform Welding Procedure Qualification Tests as per client specifications & related codes/standards. Also preparation of Master Files for WPS/PQR of complete project.
• Material Inspection (Visual inspection, Mechanical & Chemical properties verifaction as per specifacations) Material storage & Handling as required on warehouse, site or during erection.
• Conduct Welder Performance Qualification (WPQ) tests as per approved WPS. Also Preparation of Welder Qualification Records for each welder and Welder Re-qualification as per Client requirement and ASME Sec-IX.
• To support all departments (such as Estimation, Purchase,Ware House, Execution etc) during any issues regarding to material, fabrication, welding and testing with respect to client requirements and applicable code/standards.
• Organize, interpret & record Non-Destructive Examinations (NDE) & Tastings required during construction job.
• Receive Daily Fabrication, Welding, Erection, Inspection & Testing progress of job & plan for next job for Quality Control personnel.
• Material Traceability, Material As Built and Material Reconciliation as per BOQ.
• Final review of prepared Dossier submission to client.

• Review the approved quality plans, manuals and scope of work to perform the required inspection.
• To follow approved Procedures/Method Statement (MS) and Inspection test plan (ITP)/Quality Inspection Plan (QIP) during construction.
• Review of piping plan / P & ID and conform the material for fit up is as per IFC drawings.
• Review of Weld Map & preparation of welding records.
• Review of WPS, Procedure Qualification Record (PQR) &Welder Performance Qualifications (WPQ) as per ASME SEC- IX / API-577.
• Visual Testing (VT) and use of different Inspection Tools before, during and after welding.
• Monitor consumable storage, handling, packing & drying temperature as per Manufacturer Recommendations.
• Witness of Post Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT) graphs of Lean Amine Line.
• Inspection of Flanges, gaskets, valves prior to line reinstatement acceptance as per the latest drawing for construction, codes and specification standard.
• Verification of test pressure from design pressure of specified flange rating and selection of suitable pressure gauges & safety valves for pressure testing according to code & standard.
• Painting & Coating Inspection such as allowable dry time, Curing time, Peel Test etc. are performed.
• Develop project time sheets, cost estimates and budgeting details, Production Welding, HydrostaticTesting, As Built, Reconciliation, Commissioning & Punch list killing.
• To control all documentation from start to end, Test pack and final Dossier preparation.
• Inspection of conical, cylindrical, rectangular, and different complex Shapes fabricated from plate in mechanical construction of cement mill.
• Welding, Dimensional, Co-ordinate and Bolt Torque Inspection of lime stone storage and coal storage equipment’s such as Belt Conveyor, Transfer station, Reclaimed, Stacker etc.
• Verification of all parts fit-up from Drawing and Part list provided by client in cement industry.
