USAID’s funded Economic Recovery and Development Activity (USAID-ERDA) is a 5-year project implemented by a consortium led by the Associate in Development (AiD) Pvt Ltd. USAID-ERDA aims to increase economic opportunities by promoting private sector investments in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and its Newly Merged Districts (NMDs) by strengthening and modernizing the agriculture sector and promoting micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs).Achievements:•    Provided certified wheat seeds and fertilizers as part of the \"Wheat Crop Support Package during Rabi 2022-2023,\" to above twelve thousand flood 2022 affected farmers in district D I Khan in collaboration with the department of Agriculture Extension.•    Provided seasonal vegetable, sunflower seeds, and fertilizers to above three thousand flood 2022 affected farmers in district D I Khan in collaboration with the department of Agriculture Extension.•    Distributed five thousand Animal Feed Package to the flood 2022 affected farmers of districts Dera Ismail khan and Tank in collaboration with the department of livestock and dairy development. In addition, conducted vaccination and deworming campaign and covered above sixty thousand animals for FMD and LSD in District D I Khan. •    Managing and coordinating on going infrastructure schemes with soil and water conservation department D I Khan (check dams, inlets/outlets, spurs, rural water harvest ponds), Agriculture extension D I Khan (water courses and laser land leveling (LLL) in government seeds farms D I Khan).Responsibilities:•    Ensured that project implementation is in accordance with USAID’s and organization’s regulations and procedures.•    Represented the Project in relevant forums and meetings at district level and developed close coordination with District Administration, government Line Department officials and community regarding project interventions and programmatic progress.     •    Developed Detailed Implementation Plans (DIP) and ensured its timely implementation at the field level following the set and agreed milestones.    •    Organized and supported visits of Monitoring & Evaluation team and facilitate data collection, analysis and reporting as per plan. •    Involved with HR in staff hiring performance review and capacity building.•    Reported and documented activities’ progress on monthly, quarterly bases. •    Responsible for the safety and security of field staff and organizational assets at field level.

Rapid Fund (Responding to Pakistan’s Internally Displaced) is a funding mechanism that was established in September 2009 under a cooperative agreement between Concern Worldwide and USAID Office of Foreign Disaster Assistance. Designed to respond quickly to the urgent needs of people affected by disasters in Pakistan.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Review the quality of existing social and economic data in the proposed project area.
2. Support the grantees in conducting base line survey as per Concern Rapid Fund guidelines.
3. Participate in the Partner’s Tender process as observer and provide support as per Concern Rapid Fund procurement guidelines.
4. Keep track of budget allocated to partners and ensure that all expenditure is in line with the project pro-posal and Concern financial guidelines.
5. Regularly appraise Rapid fund participant’s projects under my area of operation and provide feedback and support to enable them to do their jobs better and meet all Concern Rapid fund requirements.
6. Support and promote an understanding of M&E methodologies (process& progress) that is appropriate to program /project practice in the field, with a view to increasing the management and analytic skills of individual program staff.
7. Assist implementing I/NGOs in preparing their progress reports as per agreed timelines and procedures. Together, analyse these reports in terms of problems and actions needed.
8. Work alongside and/or in collaboration with I /NGOs, local institutions and Government authorities during the assessment tasks.
9. Support the efforts to improve accountability to beneficiaries and the quality of beneficiary participation in Rapid Fund programs or projects by ensuring that PM&E systems are compatible with the principles of accountability and participation and in line with Concern’s existing commitments to the Humanitarian Accountability Framework (HAP), equality and other policies

The CIDA Funded project supported the Government of Pakistan\\\'s design of a national iodine deficiency control program and working with small-scale salt producers in 53 districts of Pakistan to encourage salt iodization.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To ensure adequate salt iodization by visiting local salt processors, monitor the process and ensure adequate iodization.
2. During my stay with MI, I have ensured the provision of KIO3 to the salt-processors on subsidized rates through the local health department (EDO Health) and ensure adequate salt iodization.
3. Through proper coordination and conducting workshops and seminar with the local health department and district government I sensitized the district government and the local salt processors to ensure proper salt iodization.
4. To ensure the progress and to fill the gaps, I have reported on monthly bases about the progress at field level to the provincial and federal ministry of Health.

The Federally Administered Tribal Area (FATA) Development Programme – Government to Community (FDP-GC) aimed to build confidence and trust between communities in FATA and their local, provincial and national government entities. The FDP-GC project fostered consultative processes between the GOP and communities through the joint consultation, identification, prioritization, implementation, and monitoring of quick impact projects at the community level. Visible small scale infrastructure and other projects in support of the GOPs’ FATA Sustainable Development Plan were implemented through a small grants mechanism.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Participated in project design, budget, development, and monitoring.
2. Ensured local acceptability and security.
3. Close coordination with FATA Secretariat (FS), Political Agents (PAs), line departments, and other Gov-ernment structures, as appropriate, at the Agency level.
4. Working with the Peshawar-based procurement unit to define and procure in-kind contributions (sub-contractors, materials, engineers, equipment etc).
5. Working with Peshawar-based finance unit to ensure liquidity of funds, payment of program expenses to subcontractors and sub-grantees.
6. Oversee public tendering processes for subcontractor.
7. Close coordination with all NGOs, Government, UN agencies, and stake holders working in the area.

1. Develop detailed implementation plan for the projects reflecting required tasks, timeframe for imple-mentation, financial & human requirements and task assignments.
2. Participate in research, actual project design and development of concept papers and proposals and budget, including time to time reviews
3. Prepare and submit regular narrative and other reports required by donor/s and management
4. Assist partners selection process, lead to monitor & evaluate partner’s teams, technical guidance on pro-ject implementation, communication & reports collection as well as developing contract documents for partners & arrangements of training for IP to enhance their capacity.
5. Review field reports and provide feedback to improve the quality and accuracy of the data reported.
6. Prepare regulars reports based on monitoring visits and disseminate to concerned stakeholders for ef-fective and timely decision making.
7. Ensured HAP, Sphere and other Standards like code of ICRC in Proposals, concept note and implementa-tion at field level
8. Establish better linkages and collaboration with DRUs, ERRA, line departments, donors, communities and within organization tiers.
