- Led 06 projects focused on social services, emergency response and advocacy;
- Secured funding, developed strategic partnership with NGO/CSO , and trained              staff in M&E and community engagement;

- As Pashto  Linguist, translated  Pashto items to English;
- Acted as the Team Leader of Pashto Linguists for 06 months till the arrival of                new team leader;
- As team leader, submitted monthly progress reports to the management of MEBS        Qatar.

- As Senior Director, Field Operations & Emergencies in FATA Livelihood                      Development Project of USAID, Led a 300-member team in livelihood                      development in Upper FATA and flood response operations in Peshawar and              Jamrud (2008) 
- As Provincial/Senior Livelihood Management Coordinator, ERRA/FAO, designed          and executed 100+ community development projects as part of the Livelihood          Rehabilitation Project.
- As Head of Community Development Program in the Earthquake Response Unit of    IRC Pakistan, oversaw 100+ community projects in 05 earthquake-affected              districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Kashmir, driving recovery and rehabilitation      efforts.
- As Protection Manager in the Earthquake Response Unit of IRC, safeguarded            human rights and ensured their integration into program activities.
- As Regional Manager, SDC/UNDP/Go KP EIROP, trained 5,000 local body                  representatives in leadership, governance, and gender equality, earning a                Performance Award for  the project’s success.
- As Team Leader Project Planning Technical Assistance for ADB-funded FATA Rural 
  Development Project, led baseline surveys across 30 sites in 3 FATA agencies.
- As Team Leader for former Tribal and Northern Areas of Pakistan in DFID-funded 
  Participatory Poverty Assessment Project, conducted poverty assessments in 06        former agencies in the former tribal areas and 06 districts of former northern            areas (present Gilgit Baltistan Province) of Pakistan.
- As Consultant, UNDP Forest Conservation and Development Project, developed        detailed profiles of 03 valleys in Upper Swat for a conservation initiative.
- As Linguistic Services Provider, translated  more than 500,000 words between          Pashto, Urdu, and English for USAID, IRC, UNFAO, and other international projects    and 50,000 words of Pashto videos for MHM Translation Company, USA.

- As English Tutor, Translator & PRA Specialist in Pak-Swiss Kalam Integrated                  Development Project, translated 1 million+ words from English to Urdu for the              project, interpreted 100+ speeches and dialogues between expatriate staff and            community members across 100+ villages in the project area and conducted PRA          (Participatory Reflection and Action) at 100+ villages in the project area
- As PRA Trainer in HOPE Consultants, trained staff from 50+ CSOs in Swat and 3 local 
  NGOs in  Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Participatory Reflection and Action.
