• Scrutinizing of Account opening forms Level (0, 1, and 2) related to merchant accounts (Agent Network Manager and Agents) while keeping SBP prudential regulations in view.
• Agent Registration, Edit Agent Data, Account Closure, Guest Account Registration, Account Linking and Child Movement within TAT time.
• Liaison with S&D team for the removal of discrepancies regarding to Account Opening Form.
• Working on resolutions of customer complaints to provide effective solutions.
• Organize in-depth KYC investigation of business transaction in high-risk jurisdiction.
• UAT of software before releasing the products to the general public.
• Manage reconciliations and GL transfers.
• Preparation and maintenance of Registration Data for Internal Control Unit and Audit review.
• Liaison with IT team for the resolution of IT issues pertaining to HBL Branchless Banking Platform.
• Archiving of all registered Account Opening Forms.
• Account Enquiry, Input, Enquiries and Reports, Input Basic Account Hold, Lien Marking for security deposit.
• Evaluate, prepare, record and send the inventory Handsets, Tool-kits and Agent Certificates etc.
Manage Customer Accounts.
Deals with Marketing Staff for Collection.
Cheques Collection from Markets.
Analyze Products to produce at lower cost.
Disbursement of Commission
