Instrument Engineer
During my job period in the organization I am performing following duties.
Installation, Testing, troubleshooting and repairing of all VFDs used in the different processes like Boiler Automation, Cane Carrier Automation, FFE Automation, Boiling House juice pumps, Refine Machine Automation, Mill House Automation, DBF Automation and Vertical Crystallizer Automation.
Maintenance of mentioned VFDs during off-season.
I have strong experience of programing and troubleshooting of various types of VFDs including Allen Bradley (1336Plus, Power Flex40) invertors, ABB (ACS800, ACS880, ACS600, ACS510) VFDs, DANFOSS (VLT2800, VLT5000, VLT6000, VLT FC051, VLT FC102, VLT FC202, VLT FC 103) VFDs.
Having experience of programming and troubleshooting of DCs like Hollysys and Chitic. Installation of DCS I/O modules, termination and troubleshooting of system. Taking Backups of DCS System on regular basis. Regular inspection and fault troubleshooting of internal network devices, i.e. Cisco switches, Profibus, and Modbus device.
Programing of PLCs like Mitsubishi (MELSEC-F Series), Haiwell and Siemens (Simatic S7-300, Simatic S7-1200). Modification of control logics and HMI for new operation scheme. Taking backup on regular basis of PLC systems.
Field Instruments installation, calibration and commissioning.
Calibration and fault trouble shooting of 120-ton weighbridge with Yahua indicator. Calibration and troubleshooting of 100kg-300kg weighing scales.
Calibration of field instrument and tagging of all field instruments according to ISO standards. Preparing calibration record and documentation for ISO audits.
Making annual preventive maintenance plan and preparing annual demand for required spares during preventive maintenance.
Making BMRs for modification and up gradation against demand of other departments.
