Assistant Manager- Credit Risk
-Review Credit Approvals(CA) which are mainly form Corporate, Commercial, SME and FI. Check for the completeness of the CA. Observe shortcomings of the CA, then report those observations to the Risk Manager. -Coordinate with concern RMs/RAs regarding the shortcoming of Credit Approvals.
-Maintain close liaison with business units to ensure accuracy of credit proposals and ensure all major risks are adequate addressed.
-Ensure quality of credit proposals meet credit policy standards, particularly with regards to completeness and depth of risk analysis. Confirm accuracy of worked ORR and ensure correct input of all quantitative and qualitative data.
-Keep updated on the current economic scenario, industry trend, dynamics, financial markets and government policies impacting relevant industries through regular research.
Coordinate with GB office and the RMs on all the concerns related to Green banking. Check for completeness of Green Banking Documents.
-Quarterly Conduct exercise of RCSA (Risk and Control self-assessment) under the supervision of Risk Manager. Get the findings of the exercise approve form the Risk Manager and CCO (Chief Credit Officer). Report the approved finding with the ORMD.
-Prepare forms of RPR (Rapid portfolio review) under the super vision of Risk manager and sent it to the concern departments. Receive all the RPR forms. Make department wise summary of RPR forms and report it to the Risk Manager.
-Maintain MIS for CAs/IOMs which are being approved by the MCC and liaison with CAD in this respect
