Answering queries and discusses banking products and services with customers.
Presenting customers about Personal loan and preparation of documents and processing for loan application.
Ensure schedules and objectives are met.
Supervise and motivate staff.
Monitor operating costs, budgets and resources.
Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs and specifications.
Create reports, analyze and interpret data.
Drive recruitment process and training and development.

• Maintain Pre sale service MIS and Update the data on daily basis.
• Ensure to submit new business cases requirement post interacting with sales team regarding completion of pending requirement.
• Resolve quires and complaints pertain to refund cheque.
• Document handling of new hiring BSO’s.
