To control & assure the entire laboratory testing (Raw Material, In-Process & Final Product).
To continuous monitoring of in-process & final production activities for reducing of non- conformance of product.

Testing and analysis of each batch
To execute Production Plan in accordance with the sales demand.
Manage manpower and train them as per requirement.
Plan, analyze and implement the work schedules, monitoring of Staff, Staff Training.
To monitor and control the Quality Control parameters of processes.
Arrange material as per production plan Efficiently use the raw material and control the wastage & losses.
Manage the production of tubes in different section (Mixing , roll mill , extrusion ,Booking ,splicer ,curing and packing.
To monitor and control the high pressure and temperature steam produce from coal fired Boiler
Liable to checkout inventories raw material, production in process and finished goods warehousing and stocking.
Responsible to initiate cost saving projects/ Quality circles.
Co-ordination with inter departments like Tyre & Tube manufacturing, Quality, Purchase etc. for product improvement, procurement of raw material.
Managing a team of Shift Supervisors, Monitors allocating tasks based on priority to meet the deadline.
Troubleshooting and solving technical problems.
Research for new compatible materials for better performance of process.
