Job Responsibilities • To Perform Tank Lorry Pre-Calibration Inspection independently under minimum Supervision of Operation Supervisor • Follow BV methods, statement, Procedure and reference documents in order to perform error free inspection. • Co-ordinate with HSE inspection and calibration officer to manage activities effectively. • Generate master calibration form and ensure HSE check lists are properly filled after adequate inspection. • Responsible to check document and prepare master form calibration. • Responsible to take pre-calibration measurement of tank lorry as per provided checklist/form. • Physically check all parameters of tank lorries such as datum plate, dip pipes, baffles, reinforcements, length, dia meter, Height of tank etc. • Responsible for internal inspection of tank lorry and ensure no hidden chamber is found or anything broken inside the tank • Responsible to check the compliance of tank lorries as per provided HSE check list. • Responsible to verify product dip taken by calibration officer/operator with accuracy. • Ensure safe working of calibration tools, and assets and ensure accuracy and calibration tools. • Effective communication within team members in order to achieve optimum results. • Be in time for inspection as scheduled by his coordinator. • Ensure safe movement of vehicles in working area. • Inform operation supervisor about NCRs if any.
