Hashoo Group is a well-known organization of Pakistan in the hospitality business and needs no introduction. I am a part of the Marketing team of the organization and performs the following duties:
• Designing the collateral for the group’s internal and external communication – flyers, brochures, menus, backdrops, standees, certificates, reports, and other promotional material. • Looking after day-to-day activities of other property’s requirements of the Group and a point of contact of members of the property for their daily tasks. • Assisting the Marketing team to address the printing requirements by the properties. • Assisting the Marketing team to supervise the Photography session(s) and art direction, if required. • Editing the photographs for usage according to the requirements. • Video making and editing for properties and the Group. • Making short videos for social media. • Assisting the Social Media Department on urgent requirements and creating visuals according to the brief. • Vendor Management in terms of sharing the artwork files and explaining the requirements for printing/production. • Maintaining files/artworks/records to facilitate the Marketing Department for monthly activities updates. • Providing assistance to the Creative/Marketing Directors for smooth execution of the overall tasks of the team. • Managed few internal events and assists the team as and when required.

The Dhamidi Partnership is a premium and critically acclaimed advertising agency of Pakistan and has been in the industry since 1994. The agency won Zong 4G account and opened a regional office in Islamabad to cater Zong and I was hired to work for the company as a graphic designer.
• Day-to-day activities of designing the collateral i.e. flyers, brochures, new features, backdrops, banners, visibility   material etc. • Associated the art team in launching other products like postpaid, ESS Solutions, Micro-Finance solution, Location-based Campaigns, creative outdoors, internal re-branding of the HQ amongst others. • Visualizing and conceptualizing from scratch. • Making reports, communication material, hand-out (both English and Urdu), signboards and signages. • 2D animation based videos for social media and customer care franchises. • Assisting the client services department in internal coordination and worked as a traffic manager as well. • A point of contact of the art department and mediating with the CS and Brand team. 

• Develop all the design content for the websites (Front end development for the websites) and Mobile applications   (Comsats .GIKI, etc.). • Designing and producing creative and impactful design content for local and international clients of the company   which include: logos, flyers, business cards, brochures etc. (freelance clients and local clients).
