Provide assistance to the training team across all aspects of the training events organization (including but not limited to: training of trainers, communication with participants, resource packs preparation, training materials dissemination)
Administer and consolidate training data and evaluations into report templates
Set up facilitation environments and provide technical support during trainings;
Maintain the records related to training like agenda, participants lists, reports etc.
Actively participate in trainings including through role-plays and any other duties that arise on the ground;
Assist in the identification of and liaison with key stakeholders who can contribute to broadening and deepening the livelihoods agenda in the project;
Undertake field visits for specific data collection and/or implementation of program activities.
Initiate contacts with potential target communities and schools, by visiting villages and meeting with residents, key persons (religious leaders, school teachers, etc.), existing Village Development Committees (VDCs), appointed representatives, focus groups (youth, women, elderly), and any other relevant person.
Set up criteria for the identification and selection of interventions for FFA participants for capacity building activities including all types of trainings.
He/She shall be responsible for development of training material, Community training plans and delivery of trainings in communities.
Address and solve problems that might arise between the community and Project teams, or among community members, during and because of the implementation of the project activities.
Assess and report on community needs with the rest of the team to achieve objectives of project.
Incorporate participatory principles into community level to ensure emergency response activities.
Promote and motivate inclusive participation by villagers/ elders and community representatives, in all project activities, taking care to assist cooperation with regard to gender, political, ethnic, and other factors.
Support and facilitate donor visits during the implementation of project, support and lead donor briefings with a special focus on capacity building activities and the impact the have created for the communities in which project is implemented.
Document success stories, case studies and other reporting documents as required by the project coordinator.

Manage the Flood Response Manager\'s calendar, travel, meetings, and events to ensure smooth coordination.
Assist in preparing agendas, facilitating meetings, recording/disseminating minutes, and tracking follow-up actions.

Ø  Social Mobilizer in Plan International Project of Sindh Agricultural Growth Project Livestock (Component). Responsible to support Coordinator Social Mobilization for registration of MPGs in 09 districts under relevant and appropriate regulations of the Sindh government.
Ø  Responsible to conduct effective TNA process by conducting FGD, KII and In-depth Interviews of farmers in the areas.
Ø  Responsible for program introduction and mobilization of target group (subsistence and semi-subsistence livestock keepers) to organize their Milk Producers groups (MPG) in allotted villages.
Ø  To ensure that both women and girl children are focused on in project initiatives.
Ø  To guide the Project, and all other partners on gender issues.
Ø  Ensure that a gender sensitive approach is integrated in all field level social mobilization strategy, planning, implementation and monitoring activities aligned with World Bank safeguards policy which may include developing a gender strategy for the project.

Provide recommendations for gender best practices to ensure that participatory methods are culturally appropriate, inclusive and can encourage women to engage in the process.

Ø  Conduct Simple Rapid Assessment (SRA) of mothers with children under 24 months that attend the OTP/SFP programmed through the local Basic Health Units (BHUs).
Ø  Conduct detailed assessment of child feeding practices in women that require additional support or reveal difficulties.
Ø  Maintain clear communication with all other CMAM program staff regarding the status of beneficiaries, including OTP nurse, supervisor and community Mobilizers.
Ø  Counseling the mothers on good maternal nutrition during pregnancy and lactation. Provide tailored one to one counseling sessions, based on initial assessments, offering practical advice and education to mothers on the key issues of infant and Young child feeding practices.
Ø  Aid in establishing mother to mother support groups/committees within the community to provide additional support for mothers and extend knowledge of good IYCF practices. Playing an active role on advocacy to promote proper IYCF Practices, antenatal and postnatal checkups, importance of institutional deliveries, vaccination and growth monitoring.

Ø  Liaise on a regular basis with the line departments and CBO’s
Ø  Undertake site visits during project execution and operation to assess how social screening and mitigation measures are succeeding or have succeeded in minimizing impacts
Ø  Support the formation of the grievance/complaints redress committees and communication of the grievance mechanism to all the stakeholders and other relevant procedures to deal with all social matters
Ø  Prepare social information materials and disseminating the information to the relevant stakeholders; and organize social orientation & awareness, consultations, and training programs
