1. Work with forwarding firms for booking, CRO, and Loading Program issues. Among other things.
2. Dealing with clearing agents for all export shipments.
3. Control all LCL or FCL shipment port procedures.
4. ESI submission well in advance of the shipment's confirmation.
5. Keep track of the progress of shipments and payments and report to the HOD.
6. Maintaining outstanding Reports and Expenses.
7. Manage sample Shipments through Courier.
8. Working with the shipping line and forwarders to quickly collect BL and AWB.
9. Dealing with LCL shipments and transporters to collect containers.
10. Oversee the management of all payments (Shipping Line, Forwarders, Courier, and Transporter).
11. Reduced supply chain costs by 15% by negotiating better contracts with suppliers and optimizing transportation routes.
