I am a committed ME professional experienced in designing and implementing ME Systems, Program/Project Evaluation, with excellent management and communication skills

I have done M.Phil. in Rural Development from Agriculture University Peshawar.

I have over five year experience with National International organizations including PEACE, ACTED, IRC. Currently I am working as Senior Officer Monitoring Evaluation (PDU) with Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) dealing with conflict and flood affected community of KP, FATA and Balochistan. My more specific accomplishments during my professional career include

Currently I am working with NRC to monitored and evaluated US 25 million multifaceted project by making use of ME instruments, tools, Lead baseline exercises for new projects, developed performance indicators in line with OVIs, evidence based implementation, Developed Management Information System (MIS), Participated in KAP, and longitudinal studies and Documented best practices and lessons learned

Working with IRC, ensured the community mobilization strategies regarding hygiene and health issues related to water supply, sanitation, transmission routes of water borne diseases, safe waste disposal, developed and designed ME instruments and data collection tools, developed training materials modules, Monitoring checklists, strengthened WMC's and ensured closely Coordination with the technical staff

Working with Acted, Conducted surveys to deliver the livelihoods Program, establishing effective informed monitoring system to promote livelihood interventions, Assisted Social Mobilization team in developing a detailed implementation plan, facilitated trainings for field staff and beneficiaries in the proposed interventions in the livelihood sector, Developed, compiled and regularly updated the livelihoods data-base, Shared the updated matrix with the district-level Livelihood Working Groups (LWG)

Working with PEACE, i developed and strengthened monitoring and evaluation procedures, monitoring and impact indicator, monitored and evaluated overall progress on achievement of results, conducted capacity assessments and assisted the project personnel with ME tools and in supporting them in their use
