❖ Support the MEAL Manager in establishing and making a functionally efficient and action-oriented MEAL system for the project.❖ Help the program leads and partners in taking data-informed decisions based on monitoring data and findings.❖Support the MEAL Manager in implementing the MEAL plan and ensure real-time analytics to guide the program\'s quality and implementation.❖ Ensure that data is collected and entered into the data management system on a regular basis.❖Validate data for completeness, correctness, and consistency and follow up on data quality issues.❖ Review and develop appropriate formats, data collection tools, and systems for monitoring and evaluating programs, assuring quality, and managing data according to internal and international standards.❖ In collaboration with the MEAL Manager and program teams, carry out regular participatory project monitoring and activities according to agreed systems, procedures, and standards.❖ Extend needful support to program teams to track the progress of the project activities in line with the agreed output and outcome level performance indicators and beneficiary numbers using standardized formats and systems to establish/maintain data storage and dissemination systems.❖ Assist in the design, collection, and analysis of data and information for assessments, surveys, and evaluations as required by the MEAL unit and the program teams per project requirements.❖ Conduct data quality assessments and audits and support relevant teams in improved data management practices.❖ Will represent MEAL during program review meetings and other events to share M&E updates and/or make presentations if required.❖ Facilitate the program team to develop and adopt quality standards for their program interventions and ensure the placement of these standards.❖Ensure robust mechanism for process, output, and joint outcome monitoring of project interventions.❖ Lead surveys and studies under the project to assess interventions\' relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, and impacts over the project life.

❖ Establish a monitoring and evaluation system using M&E Toolkit.❖ Lead the development and implementation of the project’s M&E plan.❖ Design and monitor and evaluation tools and forms.❖ Develop data collection procedures; Lead the development of the evaluation design, tools, protocols, and procedures.❖ Oversee monitoring and evaluating data collection activities, including form distribution and logistics.❖ Oversee data processing, including data transfer, entry and verification, and cleaning.❖ Ensure forms are filed according to compliance protocols.❖ Oversee internal communication on M&E progress and results.❖ Train data collection and other M&E staff as needed.❖ Conduct data quality assurance checks.❖ Oversee M&E database setup and management.❖ Conduct qualitative and quantitative data analyses.❖ Generate data reports in compliance with procedures and agreements in the award.❖ Lead preparation of evaluation reports.❖ Develop and implement a research agenda.❖ Ensure effective communication between the M&E team, project staff, partner teams, and home office.❖ Prepare communication for stakeholders based on M&E data.❖ Mentor and build the capacity of the junior M& staff.❖ Provide other management and support to the M&E team as needed.

❖ Provide direct support to monitoring and evaluation processes of all the projects in the field site.
❖ Supervise data entry processes and provide complete, accurate, and consistent data to Managers in the field to ease data analysis and action planning.
❖ Take part in all data analysis and action planning meetings organized in the field
❖ Keep the database up to date and help program staff prepare periodic high-quality reports
❖ Assess M&E technical capacity needs in the field office, prepare and implement a capacity-building plan on data collection, cleaning, analysis, presentation, and use with support from the M&E Manager
❖ Provide support in Baseline, Endline Evaluations, Post Distribution Monitoring (PDMs), Satisfaction Surveys, Post-planting and Post-harvest surveys, and other related household surveys in all locations
❖ Conduct regular data verification and audit exercises to assess the quality of data reported and address any anomalies identified
