1. Planning & Analysis Reporting
• Complete ownership of sale planning, and analysis reporting in various parameters and reporting for sales and Operation KPIs
• Provide in-depth analysis, assess performance, meaningful insights and actionable recommendations
2. Coverage and Distribution Analysis
• Support with analytical review on existing coverage for division in terms on POP / Customer, location / Area, and Resource
• Categorization of Price Level, ASP, and Sale behavior of different segments. Deep dive in coverage and resource of each channel
3. Data Analysis and Business Intelligence – hands on with BI tools (Qlik View), owner of average annual 1000+ SKU in 7+ brand with 7+ independent teams having 100+ territories with 200+ ground force and 4500+ customer base
• Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities to use business data for valuable solutions
• Mine and analyze data to drive optimization revenue, cost and development of business strategies at management level
• Develop custom data models to business planning and expansion, revenue generation, customer experience and other desired outcomes
4. PJP Implementation
• Responsible for planning and implementation of PJP at all category Mobile, Computers and Allied), technical support to acquire desired coverage and KPI’s.
• Support sales team to promote operational efficiency for coverage, coordinate cross-functionally to ensure all channels and accounts remain active
5. Sales Operation Field Support
• Develop and manage POP / Customer / Account level reporting and provide key insights/recommendations to sales / commercial team, including: share reporting, analysis, industry / peer brand comparison
• Presentation to management and principal
6. Reporting Solutions and System Developments
• Assist management for Sales Planning & Analysis in data governance
• Development and implement new reporting solutions, identifying data anomalies to technical support, and coordinate with stakeholders
Due Diligence, Analysis and Feasibilities: Research and analysis, prepare and evaluate feasibilities. M&A, Financial Modelling and Investment evaluations, market, economic, and scenario analysis.
Economic research and Sales & Business Planning: Actively managing sales & business planning for all products related to OCS and on need basis at M&P. Planning sales in terms of products/services & territories.
Financial Planning & Analysis, Costing and Budgeting: Provided financial Model and analysis, Product Costing &
Pricing, planning and analytics to business unit. Organizational budgeting, Revenue to Resource planning. Performance analysis against budgets. Provide ad hoc Analytical support.
Commercial Analysis & Business Development: Partner with Sales/Marketing/Commercial teams for business development proposal. Driving E-Commerce platform strategy and system Planning.
Financial & Management Reporting: Review Accounts, prepare management and PMO analytics and reports.
