Responsible for making Production plans and execute them timely .Monitoring raw materials consumptions and based on the minimum and maximum reorder levels intimating Supply Chain section for procurement.Involved in different R & D projects and working closely with Chinese Consultants in order to achieve excellence in Operations.
MAK Automotive is vendor company of Atlas Honda limited manufacturing Pipe fork, Rear and front spring on a large scale. It's yearly Production capacity ranges from 2.5 millions to 2.8 millions pcs.My Job responsibilities include·
Leading the department as Head of Operations Aluminum Melting Unit and mainly working to improve the production processes with all Quality Control parameters complying with the standards of Atlas Honda Ltd.
Involved in Raw Material Planning, Ingot making , mold making and other alloying elements. Refractory lining Planning etc.
Working closely with Chinese and Japanese Production experts and consultants and discussing the day to day technical issues and problems while ongoing production processes. Also, during Hit and Trial Phase of Machines Installation and guiding the production team accordingly. ·
Completely monitoring the overall production Budget and Costing with all production and Quality parameters and working closely to cut nonproductive costs, wastages during the production processes.
Part of the team working on Capacity Enhancement Project aiming to manufacture 1 Million spring parts using Latest Japanese manufacturing machines which are under the compliance of Atlas Honda Ltd.·
Involved in collaborating with quality personnel to implement procedures, systems, and standards of operation.· To specify quality requirements for raw materials obtained from Atlas Honda and implement and monitor quality assurance standards to ensure consistent product quality.
Coordinate with the procurement department on daily basis for supply of the required consumable, raw materials, and packing material to achieve an approved production plan. Also coordinate with Maintenance Manager for the preventive and breakdown repair and maintenance of manufacturing and production machinery.
• Involved in the production operations and working as Senior Production Engineer to continuously improve manufacturing processes with maximum productivity reducing all types of waste and rejection to the minimum level.
• Assisting Team Lead Quality Assurance with respect to In-Process and Final Quality Inspection of various Auto Parts I.e. Mufflers, Radiators, Exhausts Engine, and Sheet Metal parts using international quality standards and conforming them as per requirement from Automobile OEM.
• To work with Korean Production experts on various Development projects and Coordinating with production team and Quality team assisting them apply Engineering solution and Quality standards to improve Production rate and continuous Quality respectively.
• Involved with R&D team and being a part of various engineering problem researches to achieve continuous improvement. Also responsible for developing and updating standardized documents (WIS, EIS and SWC etc.)
• Responsible for developing safe Industrial procedures considering the fact that automobile parts are very significant to not only the high standard of Loads Group but also to the human safety.
• Involved in Budgeting and costing for new project Hi Tech Alloy Wheels ltd, the first ever Ally Wheel manufacturing plant supposed to be the vendor of KIA, Indus Motors, Honda and Suzuki.

Job Responsibilities:
• Leading the department as SAP Power User Production Planning involved in Melt shop operations and working to improve production processes.
• Directly involved in planning of raw materials especially the import items on the basis of their per ton consumption and plan accordingly against the lead time of import materials.
• To continuously monitor stock status with minimum and maximum stock level the inventory management maintaining current stock, safety stock level and to generate Issuance, demands and coordinate with supply chain team for procurement orders.
• Monitoring departmental KPI and resolving critical shop issues related to Safety, Quality, Productivity and Cost through close communication with the concerned departments.
• Involved in the Budgeting and Costing of all Melt shop operations
