As a Young Mid-Career Professional, I have aimed to gain diversified project experience in the development sector. So that I have joined READ Foundation Pakistan, which is a leading philanthropic and education development Organization. Working out-of-the comfort zone is a challenge but because my focus, commitment, and hardworking for any task is my strength and because of that I have been able to develop M&E Manual Draft, which is a policy and organization-defining document. I have helped the Orphan Support department in planning for the distribution of educational supplies and because of the effective planning, we have managed to reduce the distribution activity cost by 45%. I have carry-out the beneficiary feedback activity and generate reports and identify the gaps and share the way forward, which are adopted and produced a quality result.

Achievements as M&E Officer
Because of my confidence, commitment, research and analytical set of skills, I have always been appreciated. My efforts to satisfy my seniors professionally and prove myself a professional asset, the proof of which I have been called upon by MM Pakistan on implementation of Waseela-e-Taleem Program funded by Benazir Income Support Program (BISP) after completing one contract with them. Where I applied my trusted leadership skill for Attendance Compliance Monitoring activity, I conduct this data collection activity single handedly every quarter, with the Team of 75 Enumerators from Sindh and Baluchistan on Android Based Tablets, in result of this the firm gets 7.5 Million each quarter (Six rounds). I have showed my Training and Capacity Building skill and trained 50+ education department officials of Sindh and Baluchistan and complete among one of the important deliverables of the project.

Pre-Crisis Market Analysis (PCMA) is a practical, step-by-step resource to guide market analysis practitioners and team leaders to conduct market assessments before emergencies happen. This early analysis helps practitioners and decision makers to anticipate how certain selected, critical, markets will behave or function if and when a shock occurs. Undertaking market analysis as part of preparedness and contingency planning could significantly improve the readiness to respond to crises and can feed into early warning systems. The PCMA, maps how a market system functions in a normal reference time, and then, using data and information from a previous reference crisis, projects how a market system will function in a similar crisis. The PCMA is baseline survey for drought and flood effected areas of Sindh. This baseline survey was led by UN-FAO under the banner of Pakistan Food Security Cluster and facilitate by Mr. Benjamin Barrows (Senior International Consultant).

Though, I have applied and improved my research knowledge and understanding by assisting in tool development, data analyzing and extracting research results. I have also gained an extensive knowledge on importance of agriculture and agri-business in our daily life. Besides that, I have also expended my social and professional circle with my Networking qualities.

Applying tools of, Market Key Informant, Focus Group Discussion, Questionnaire for Food Department District Officer of the Government of Pakistan and Semi-Structured Interview Data Recording Sheet.

As a fresher, MM Pakistan gave me chance to demonstrate the best set of skills and also develop new skills as a young professional. I was assigned with data collection task on Android based Software for the Sindh, later after I was also assigned to collect data from Baluchistan as well. Because of learning and analytical behavior, I was call by Islamabad Project core team to assist in different task. Where I have assisted Sr. Data Analyst, MIS Specialist, M&E Specialist and field manager. I assist in tool development, tool testing, field monitoring, training & coordination with field team, report writing and manual development.
