Responsibilities
❖ End to end Channel development, I.e., staff and retail market
❖ Achievement of assigned targets by fulfilling major KPI's:
o Gross sales (Cash in and Throughput)
o Revenue - Primary and Secondary recharge.
o Financial Services (Branchless Banking)
▪ Utility Bill Payment
▪ Cash Deposit in MW
o Business growth & improvement of market share within assigned territory
o Profitability monitoring and staffing at zonal level
o Receivables and market float maintenance.
Managing team of 10 BA’s directly reporting to me
· Strategy planning, implementation, monitoring, feedback, and research of new and existing projects/initiatives/KPIs
· Establish effective monitoring through periodical reports and dashboards of sales activities & targets for all channels
· Work with the relevant regional team members for enhancing capability, advocacy, and product penetration at retail
· BSE will be responsible to assign sales targets to sub regions accordingly and ensure business growth.
· Foresee the challenges and its impacts on business and suggesting the regional teams to solution to overcome those challenges
· Ensure retail audits for Jazz Cash QR Merchants and Retail agent network
· Devise an appropriate strategy with relevant regional BDMs to enhance sales and overall growth.
· Efficiently support in running ad-hoc analyze and when needed to support Management for decision-making
• Manage EHSAAS KAFALAT PROGRAME disbursement in District Khanewal during pandemic of COVID.19.
• Communicate with retailers about new sales promos
• Motivate New Retailers to work with extra effort
• Collect issue of retailers & share with high management & make sure their issue must be resolved
