I am well motivated and working in development sector from last 6 years.I have worked in different International and National organizations like PRDS Islamic Relief Pakistan, CRS , Asia Humanitarian Organization, SABAWON and SDO, ,.Islamic Relief Pakistan working on different capacities like social Organizer,Scoial Mobilizer Hygiene Promoter and Project Officer,Human recourse and Development Officer,M E officer . I have done master in Ismaiyat from Peshawar University.I am Currently working as a Human recourse development officer for business development and skill enhancement at SABAWON at North Waziristan Bannu based from 1st August to till date.I have a lot of relevant experience in specially hard areas.
To monitor & evaluation the all project activities from start to end.
Management and providing technical support to Mobilization team.
To build and maintain positive working relationships with local communities, organizations and team members.
Management of service delivery, including quality assurance, accountability and sustainability.
Supporting the strategic development of the sector, and representing the sector in relevant partnerships.
To ensure that accurate records are maintained and to monitor the outcomes of social mobilization.
To mobilize the target community for integrated intervention of the organization in connection to WASH,
To develop ToP for Village Organization (VO), Community Micro Projects (sub committees for CMPs in VO), and water management committee, make agreements with respective committees and sub committees.
To resolve all the social conflicts in the targeted communities by application of participatory approaches in an amicable way.Assist in the implementation of the organization community mobilization strategy in a the manner that promotes gender equality, democratic decision-making and is all-inclusive.
In close supervision with the line supervisor design a strategic community development plan, in particular, focusing on WASH, water management and social capital.
Preparation of Village development plan (VDP) through using different PRA tools
Assist in implementing the activity plans identified and agreed by the communities for projects according to the guidelines and schedules set by the organization mobilization strategy. .
Conduct feasibility assessments for potential CPIs, relevant to WASH, Livelihood, DRR identified by community through PRA.
Liaise and coordinate with other organization project and support staff for community project implementation.
Provide technical assistance to and advise community groups on project identification and implementation strategies. and work with community groups and projects to ensure accountability and best use of project resources .
• Management and Organization of field Team
• Close coordination with other stakeholders in Targeted area
• Develop Weekly , Monthly and quarterly reports of the project
• Ensure record keeping at office and field level through field staff
• Conduct field Monitoring and support visit with Social organizers
• Conduct Weekly and monthly review and planning with field team
• Conduct project orientation session with Community and other stake holders like Government line Agencies.
• Develop IEC material regarding DRR and its distribution through field team at field level.
• Ensure Capacity Building of Communities regarding DRR though field Team
• Conflict resolution at Office and Field level
• Conduct WASH Trainings at Community Level
• Identify the communities for provision of shelters and ensure the community contribution
• Manage the field team and conduct weekly and monthly review
• Ensure record keeping at field and office level through field team
• Develop and Compile monthly and quarterly reports
• Timely submission of reports to Programme Manager
• Coordinate with other stakeholders and Government Agencies regarding project activities
Field Monitoring and support visit with field team
• The UNICEF SPSP program has design upscale rural sanitation through “PAKISTAN APPROACH TO TOTAL SANITATION (PATS)” for achieving MDG # 7, Environmental Sustainability.
• To ensure his/her participation in all training planned for social organizers.
• To conduct PRA baseline in the target villages following the sit criteria.
• To launch BCC campaigns in his/her assigned villages following program design.
• Formation and strengthening of Ward Sanitation Committee (WSC) in the target villages.
• To facilitate community in development of Community Action Plan (CAP) through Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA)
• To facilitate training of school teachers in SLTS.
• To form WASH clubs in the schools falling in his/her assigned villages, following SPSP sit criteria.
• To roll out SLTS activities in the target communities.
• To roll out those activities from CAP for which community has taken responsibility..
• To impart health and hygiene education to communities through ICE material
• To achieve ODF status in his/her assigned villages.
• To prepare work plan for field activities and submit it to Project Manager.
• To keep update record of all activities in presentable form.
• To perform any other duty/responsibility assigned by SABAWON seniors
Produce training reports for donors and critical assessment report for the home organization
• Project activities introduction.
• To ensure his/her participation in all training planned for social organizers.
