To establish effective coordination mechanisms across Government agencies, international community and civil society for safer community and established (CERT) Community Emergency Response Teams.
To facilitate workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions for staff motivation related to their duties.
To undertake other administrative tasks as assigned by the senior management.
To prepare Emergency Evacuation plan for buildings & awareness lecture for prevention of emergencies.
Run school safety program, first aid training's, awareness campaign and Fire Safety Principals.
To ensure availability and use of quality Personal Protective Equipment. (DRM) Disaster Risk Management like Flood, Earthquake, Building Collapse, Major fire incidents, Road Traffic crashes, drowning cases and responds to major incidents and act as the Incident Commander.
To Develop a good relations with line departments and journalist to create a goodwill of organisation.
To develop linkages with donors and other stake holders.
To Conduct training for Volunteer’s regarding CADRE, PLSP, Basic Lifesaving skills and Fire safety.
To Monitor, Evaluation, reporting and capacity building of trained Rescue Volunteers. Close coordination with National, International Schools, Colleges, Universities,Health departments, Education department & other Government and Non- Government agencies to registered volunteers.
To Celebration the National and International Days specially Volunteers Day as well.
To document all the field observations, gaps and debrief the relevant partner/ program staff and develop an action plan.
To monitor all program interventions including the targeted community awareness and mobilisation activities.
To arrange Monthly meeting with line departments like Health, Population, Education and District Govt. on improvement in Social Services.
To Conduct monthly meetings with Influential, Key stakeholders religious leaders, local administration, Community organisations and line Departments for community development.
