Monitor and support the overall progress and development of students. Operate WEB PORTAL of school. Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks. Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults. Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications. Create a dynamic and welcoming learning environment in the ICT room. Support fellow staff in their use of ICT. Support and develop the students in the computer lab. Troubleshoots and diagnoses basic problems with computer equipment. Performs maintenance and repair on equipment, as necessary. Enforces procedures for the use of the Lab and the use of equipment, supplies, materials, software, hardware and peripherals. Maintain relevant records and time table regarding the usage of the lab based facilities. Maintain all PC’s, printers and other equipment’s of Computer Lab. Prepares equipment for operations by accessing software in computer; loading paper into printers and plotters; preparing for output.
