Main responsibilities include:
·         Overseeing all project activities, providing leadership and direction to the supervision team.
·         Ensuring quality assurance and control by conducting contractor and consultant meetings, updating work schedules, monitoring physical progress, and managing financial disbursements.
·         Compiling monthly progress reports and facilitating presentations at progress review meetings with the Client, fulfilling contractual obligations and addressing Client requirements.
·         Establishing effective communication channels with the Client, Contractor, and Management through meetings, emails, letters, and electronic mediums in accordance with established procedures.
·         Enforcing adherence to standards and specifications outlined in project drawings, reviewing and approving contractors, sub-contractors, project resources, machinery, and materials as per project scope and requirements.
·         Monitoring adherence to activity schedules and financial disbursement procedures, ensuring alignment with the work schedule.
·         Strategically deploying resources within the team and sourcing expert input based on project execution plan demands.
·         Assessing claims for variations/deviations in design and Bill of Quantities (BOQ), verifying necessity.
·         Upholding Quality Assurance through safety protocols, on-site testing and verification, material and workmanship inspections, and machinery oversight. Implementing Quality Control by conducting random material tests on-site and in laboratories.

 Worked as a CRE with Jers Consultants at the construction of Flyover Project. The cost of the project Rs. 2 Billion (USD $7m). This scope of work includes the construction of Flyover and roads.
 
Main responsibilities include:
·         To manage overall project activities including leading and guiding supervision team.
·         To ensure quality assurance & control, holding contractor consultant’s meeting, updating work schedules, tracking physical progress and financial disbursements etc.
·         To prepare monthly progress reports and convene presentation at progress review meetings to the Client as per contractual obligation and upon the requirement of the Client.
·         To liaise with Client, Contractor and Management via meetings, emails, letters, and electronic media as per the prevailing procedures and requirements.
·         To ensure that the work is in strict compliance to the standards and specifications defined in the drawings. Review and approve contractors / sub-contractors, project resources, machinery and materials as per scope and project requirements.
·          To ensure that the activity schedule and plan is being followed in accordance with the work schedule. Also financial disbursements are made in the compatible and justified manner.
·         To manage resource deployment of his/her own team as ensuring input of the experts on the project as per the demand of the execution plan.
·         To verify if there is any need/claim of the variation/deviation in the design and BOQ.
·         To ensure Quality Assurance such as Safety measures, on-site Testing and verifications, inspection of materials and workmanship, machinery. Ensuring Quality Control by managing performance of random tests of materials on site and in laboratory will include also.
·         To ensure appropriate and adequate documentation / data capturing of the project

• Currently I have been working as a DPM with FWO at Development of Kartarpur Corridor. This project contains development of infrastructure, roads, bridge, earth work, stone work, protection works and houses.my main responsibilities are
• To prepare plans, work schedules and allocation of resources to different Sub Contractor
• Verification of IPCs
• Liaison with subcontractors and with CO and Project Director
• To make sure that work done as per specification and drawings
• To liaison with the Consultants to resolve design issues
• As a representative of Client to Attend meetings with the Contractors, Consultants and the sub-contractors

• Collaborate with Airport Manager and Chief Executive Officer SIAL to assess future infrastructure development requirements of the airport, fix the priority of works, and establish work plan and staffing for each phase of project.
• Successfully design development plans, and tender documents for the new projects for five years and organize call of bids by press advertisement or prequalification depending upon the nature and scope of work.
• With a focus toward compliance with ICAO and NAFC regulations to develop new infrastructures and assure cost of work within the approved budget.

Key Accomplishments:

• Served as a member of the senior staff core team for change management initiative to implement policies across the site. Efficiently supervised daily progress of On-going works and resolve raised by the contractors expeditiously.
• Evaluated report and made recommendations for the award of work to a suitable contractor, by keeping an eye on the everyday progress and assuring quality of work in coordination with the consultant.

• Directed contractors to complete work on time and to the highest standards across all areas of the project and present report to the central project management unit and DFID on the monthly and quarterly basis.
• Used management information system to examine the progress of construction activities of South Punjab.
• Built synergy between district team in the South Punjab to create progress report and next week plan. Facilitated field technical team order to verify drawings, designs, calculations, and cost estimation of infrastructure project.

• Stellar role as an active team member in the design/progress review of D.R Bridge at canal having width of 24 feet, and reviewed processes and business activities to minimize cost.
• Headed a 79.09M US Dollar projects with Punjab hydropower consultants, including Pak Patton, Chianwali, Marla, and Deg outfall hydropower projects with the total capacity of 20 MW.

• Appraised design calculations and stability analysis of intake structures and designed structural elements of powerhouse, including columns, retaining walls, Anchors Blocks and Piers for Penstock and Crane Brackets.
• Successfully headed planning section in preparation of schedule network diagram, preparation of tender documents and specifications, reports, liaison with contractor and client and evaluated contractual variations.

Key Accomplishments:

• Administered 1B US Dollar project with Associated Consulting Engineers ACE at Tarbela 4th Extension HPP in Dams & Hydropower section; reviewed processes and business activities and initiated change to minimize cost.
• Shoulder the responsibility of modeling of powerhouse superstructure in SAP2000and ETABS.
• Spearheaded CAD personnel and helped CE structures in the formulation of list of drawings and design criteria for power house and anchor block for Penstock.

• Maintained compliance with safety-assurance plan to achieve tasks in an environmentally sound manner. Steered safety observations and conversations to achieve a zero-incident culture.
• Actively Participated in the MOC control and engineering package reviews process to select, define, and execute phases of projects, and provide constructive input to the design team.
