 Responsible for effective and efficient management of agriculture specific activities under the FNS component in line with the project proposal, processes, the budget, the time-frame, regulations as per the partnership agreements signed with the donor.

 Conduct orientation sessions to properly orient the staff particularly social organizers and beneficiaries about over all objectives and agriculture based activities of the FNS component as per approved proposal.

 Lead selection of beneficiaries for FDGs, Post-Harvest losses control and vaccination de worming campaigns of livestock and implement the planned activities in the field efficiently and effectively.

 Lead the process of identification/verification and registration of component beneficiaries as per the agreed criteria in the approved proposal.

 Participate in all planning and review meetings (weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, annually)

 Conduct the agriculture trainings on FGD trainings, post-harvest losses control

 Collaborate with the project management, other component heads and stakeholders for the efficient implementation of the project activities and sharing of progress.

 Assist project management PO FNS and PO M&E in monitoring, evaluation of the relevant project and quality progress reporting to donors.

 Regularly monitor expenditure of project financial resources and use of assets as per approved budgets and agreements and provide regular, structured feedback and monthly reports.

 To coordinate capacity building support from donor, M&E, Finance, Logistics and security sections where required.

 To ensure all necessary programme documents are properly maintained and recorded properly at field level.

 To ensure smooth implementation of policies and code of conduct in respective project activities, in addition handling of beneficiaries and stakeholder complaints.

 Provide at least 90% time to the field activities.

1-Social Organizer will be responsible for coordinating field activities in-line with the project proposal and processes, the budget, the time-frame, regulations as per the partnership agreements.

2-To form Village Sanitation Committees and provide technical backstopping support to Community Resource Persons and members of village Sanitation Committees of respective villages.

3-To ensure all necessary programme documents are properly maintained and recorded properly at field level

4-To ensure smooth implementation of policies and code of conduct in respective project activities and ensure compliance with accountability mechanisms.

5-Conduct orientation sessions to properly orient the Community Resource Persons and members of Village Sanitation Committees about overall objectives and activities of the project as per approved proposal.

6-Assist Field Coordinator Social in developing detailed field Implementation Plan and in consultation with the team of social mobilizers and communities, with the assigning of roles and responsibilities against the activities of the project as per approved proposal.

7-Assist Field Coordinator Social to develop criteria for selection of villages for project interventions.

8-Organize Broad Based Community meetings and Mobilize communities in selected Villages for establishment of Village Committees, WASH Committees etc. at selected village level and as per overall HID strategy of LASOONA.

9-Facilitate the process of identification/verification and registration of project beneficiaries as per the agreed criteria in the approved proposal.

10-Record and maintain actual data collected from the field both in hard and soft and presentation of the data whenever required.

11-Spend 80 % of the time in the field.

 Development of Micro Plan for Polio Vaccinators with Area Incharges and UPEC Chairmans.
 Validation of Micro Plan from the Field.
 Visit door to door to varify childrens vaccinated.
 Taking cluster data randomly from seven households.
 Reporting to the Polio Eradication Officer on Hourly Basis.
 Morning and Evening reporting to the PEO.
 Attending evening meetings with all the stakeholders i.e PEO, AC, UCMO etc.
 Post polio campaign verification.

1- Implementation of project activities in the target areas.
2- Promoting hygiene practices, community mobilization and developing ownership in beneficiaries.
3- Conduct meeting hygiene sessions with target communities (male, female & children) and formation of Village Sanitation Committees (VSCs)
4- Conduct PRA and CLTS exercises at village level and identify extremely vulnerable families for low cost latrines.
5- Identify Community Resource Persons (CRPs) mason and entrepreneurs in consultation with village sanitation committee.
6- Supervise CRPs activities at community level and provide guidance on need basis.
7- Provide capacity building training to VSCs.
8- Carry out Behavioural Change Communication (BCC) campaigns at community level with support of CRPs.
9- Organize events on occasion of GHWD, WTD and World Water Day.
10- Execute any other job which is assigned by the project manager or the management of LASOONA from time to time.
