Contributing to project monitoring and evaluation, quality assurance, learning and reporting and partners’ capacity building on WaterAid’s Monitoring, reporting and water quality assurance protocols; reviewing project in accordance with project log frames (LFAs), project monitoring plans (PMPs) and suppporting in establishment indicators of progress measurement by using manual and online tool.
Faciliating and managing baselines, KAP surveys, FGDs, M&E related research of the going project.

Responsibilities
Supporting the Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting (PMER) processes in the organisation.
Supporting programme implementation team in developing project monitoring plans (PMPs) that detail out M&E requirements for projects against set indicators.
Coordinating the design and implementation of baseline surveys, KAP surveys, research studies and other field assessment exercises in target areas.
Monitoring visits to project sites to conduct spot checks in order to validate and verify data collected by the partners.
Assisting the Manager PQ to organise and facilitate regular programme reviews, including Programme Performance Reviews (PPRs) in line with PMER Core Procedures.
Maintaining effective liaisoning with the WaterAid’s Regional Team and participating actively in programme planning process, proposal development and budgeting of the programme quality unit.
Supporting the PQ team in developing annual and six-monthly organisational reports and plans for the on going projects.
Supporting and building capacity of implementing partners in the design and implementation of effective programme quality and accountability systems and processe.

CPO social workers are responsible for accessing, identifying and documenting abuse and neglect cases and finding the appropriate services to enhance child welfare. CPO social workers identify immediate threats made to a child and provide arrangements that comply with state and federal laws and agency procedures. These duties may include, but are not limited to:
Providing counseling and support services to children and parents Referring children and families to other services if necessary
Placing children in foster care
Finding adoptive homes for children with no adult caretakers
