Performing overall Sales Operations nationwide by facilitating the Sales Show Room and field
Team from Head Office.
• Coordination with Import & Logistics regarding the timely dispatch of the Stock to clients.
• Preparation of Sales, Stock, and receivables Reports and other information required by the Management.
• Preparation of Architects Commission based on the business provided.
• Coordination with IT department regarding Customer and product management in SAP.
• Providing updated information to Sales Field Teams regarding Trade offers incentives, and schemes
and resolving Market-related queries
Performing overall Sales Operations nationwide by facilitating the Sales Field Team from Head Office.
Preparation of Sales Orders of the distributors using SAP and ERP and delivering Invoices to them.
Coordination with Warehouse regarding timely despatch of the Stock to distributors.
Maintenence of accurate Ledger balance, payments record etc.
Preparation of Primary and Secondary Sales Reports, Despatch Reports and other informations required by the Management.
Checking and verification of Distributor's Claims/reimbursements.
Coordination with IT department regarding Customers and products management in SAP Software
Preparation of monthly attendance of the Sales Field Team and Expense summary and ensuring timely payments.
Providing updated informations to Sales Field Teams regarding Trade offers incentives, schemes and resolving Market related queries.
Maintenence of Distributor\\\\\\\'s information and records, documents, agreements etc.
