Since joining Albayrak, I have established the Communications Department which handles integrated communications for brand management and brand imaging. We develop and execute marketing plans. I have led the launch of Ataxi and Tumosan tractors. I lead the strategizing and execution of advocacy drives for Clean and Green Lahore. For this purpose we arrange awareness activities, volunteer programs and internship opportunities. The department led by me is engaged in media management; we issue press releases; engage journalists, bloggers and influencers; manage social media; handle company website; run digital media drives, carry out market research and develop literature. We engage with public office holders including civil servants, politicians etc. We reach out to community leaders. I have pitched the city district governments and the public office holders for prospective projects.

I worked as a freelancer for The Asians, the Community News Portal targeting Pakistani Diaspora. I developed content, changed press releases to news pieces, reported, wrote and translated pieces.

I served as an Editor for Young Nation, a magazine for kids, while serving as an Asst Editor for Lifestyle magazine Sunday Plus. I worked on year-ender magazines and special supplements. I was responsible for reporting lifestyle events like LLF, fashion shows etc. I edited articles by feature writers and contributors. I conducted interviews. I was responsible for liaison with editor, journalists, PR agencies and celebrities etc. I worked on the layout of the magazines. I supervised interns which were taken in by the magazine sections of the Daily Nation.

I served as Asst. Editor for Asiana Magazine and was responsible for editing, writing, covering events, establishing liaison with journalists, PR agencies, celebrities and other stakeholders. I worked on the layout of the magazine and conducted interviews. I handled social media pages for the magazine.
As Media Manager for Jehangir Publications, I coordinated the sales and marketing team; I followed up on their pitches, projects and recoveries and worked with the sales and creative to design print campaigns for the clients.

As Production Associate, I handled pre, post and production of Merey Mutabiq and Geo Shan Sey. I produced montages, vox pops, promos and packages. I carried out research, coordinated with the audience, crew, vendors and talent. I developed show rundowns, handled social media, web and emails. I did switching and worked with the NLEs for editing of the shows.
