My duties are as follows
• Involve in Troubleshooting & Configuration iDirect HUB.
• 24*7 Network Monitoring.
• Configuration of iDirect remote Satellite router 3000 and 5000 series with TDM and iSCPC and its troubleshooting.
• Installation, Monitoring & troubleshooting of iDirect VSAT systems working on C-bands across country wide.
• NMS Software: iDirect (iMonitor, iBuilder, iSite)
• Provide support to On-Site teams and customer during Implementation & Troubleshooting of iDirect Links
Help Desk Executive (Internee)
• 2 months experience in Myson Engineering Subcontractor of Mobilink
• My duties were to monitor the links of mobilink and check it weather it’s working fine or showing down or low voltage alarms
• Troubleshoot the links with the help of team
• I worked on different vendors NMS which are Ericsson,ZTE,Alcatel,Huawei
