Technical Operations/Production-officer
Primary duties /Responsibilities
• Discussion with production.
• Received production plan processed continuously
• Send requisitions for packaging and raw material to Stores in ERP system
• Manage production space on production floor
• Prepared production report in ERP on daily basis
• Prepared production report and empty report manually on daily basis
• Physical stock counting production counting maintain the production on daily basis
• Stock internal transfer in ERP on time to time
• Overall Inventory control for production floor
• Facing mechanical and electrical fault during production complain on department

• Supervise Physical Audit Function, overall production Inventory should be 100% matched with ERP.
• Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures
• Ensure the daily production & than put record in to ERP system. such as batch wise, Retail price & MFG, EXP Date
• Maintain the production hourly report on daily basis
• Monitoring Production Floor and Labour Get production done on time.
• Will be responsible for preparation and submission of appropriate reports on time and in a manner laid down by management from to time
Secondary duties / Responsibilities:
• I use computer system to locate production units & filled stock in ERP system.
• Lead the day-to-day operation of a production team by providing adequate resources work, direction, and problem solving to ensure production goals are met under the guideline of company policies and procedures
• During production Randomly check printing on packaging material and check weight variation on daily basis
• Production floor Motivating operators to produce as per their production capacity
• Attending 5s meting as per requirement
• Implement 5s method on production floor
• Hands on Experience with oracle ERP
• Understanding of lean production & 5S.
