As Research monitoring and evaluation advisor I oversees the implementation of ME system and databases and ensures that ME data are collected, electronically entered, and analyzed in a timely and high-quality manner.
I also support team in setting program indicators and targets and maintain appropriate documentation of rationale for and calculation of targets, and any changes occurring over time. Shares latest ME results and facilitates analysis and utilization of findings for decision-making and program improvement.
I am responsible for the dissemination of ME findings, including organization of
workshops, preparation of reports and presentations, and provides input into articles for peer-review journals.

· Provide technical expertise in the design of Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) frameworks for various Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) and health systems projects, ensuring alignment with donor expectations and global best practices.
