· Got High Achiever in year 2023 in EPAS on the basis of extra ordinary work during the year.
· Additional responsibility of Project Lead of INSPIRE Pakistan.
· Fundraised for our Orphan Children.
· Designed and Approved New Project of Labs cost 4.8 Million PKR and 0.6 Million PKR for School Bags for street Children of Dhok Mustaqeem.

· Initiated a new program for communities Community Based Saving group “CBSGs” which can develop a habit of saving among communities and empowered our sponsored families economically and socially through livelihood initiatives in “CBSGs” on collective business management model.

· We initiated a campaign on COVID-19 prevention and in a short period of time we handover different equipment’s to the department of health for COVID-19 prevention and aware more than 100000 people on mitigation for COVID-19 pandemic.

My greatest achievement to date was that in Azad Kashmir orphaned grandchildren were not given the right of inheritance. We raised this issue for the first time. The issue was raised with parliamentarians, civil society organizations, the judiciary, religious affairs and various other bodies. Awareness and press conferences were held among the general public on the issue, as a result of which the parliament recognized the right of the orphan grand children to inherit and gave him legal protection.

· In the context of Kashmir conflict, there was an opportunity to meet and train the people of five regions of Jammu & Kashmir. In addition, various teams in these five regions conducted research on the socio economic and political situation in Jammu & Kashmir and the resolution of the Kashmir conflict, which was also highlighted in the UN report.

· More than 200 AIDS patients were provided with food, medicine and medical tests. In addition, under the referral system, these patients were linked to PIMS Islamabad to ensure Sustainable treatment and support.

· One hundred and sixty Kashmiri women were trained in Kashmiri handicrafts, which provided them with new employment opportunities and improved their social and economic situation.

· We educated more than 3000 families, Government Departments and other civil society organization regarding child rights. In addition, the children presented a charter to government agencies regarding the lack of facilities in schools.
· Fifty Schools Management committees were formed and continuous trainings was conducted which acted as a pressure group to ensure the provision of missing facilities in the schools of District Muzaffarabad.
· 1575 families supported with sustainable livelihood opportunities.
Achievements
· We managed to form a dynamic youth group that worked on youth issues and their solutions, especially with regard to human rights. The group is now raising its voice for youth at international level named Youth Forum for Kashmir.
