Internee Engineer
Management Trainee (Power) in 6.38MW Gas power plant and 15MW 132KV Grid station at sapphire textile mills limited (power house) with effect from 1st October 2015 to 30th December. Performed synchronization system and auto load sharing system for 2X1000KW diesel generator SET (3512) synchronization with 6X1000KW JENBANCHER GAS GENSET synchronization panel at sapphire textile mills limited STM-5.
Trainee Engineer
During this period of trainee, I was attached with Electrical Maintenance, Electrical Protection, and
Electrical operation.
My training covered the following fields:
• Electrical Maintenance of 40 Mw Generators.
• Electrical Maintenance of Static Exciters.
• Governing system of Turbines and Generators.
• Study of electrical drawings and schematics for electrical protection system of generators and transformers.
• Study of drawings for trouble shootings of electrical motors, static exciters, compressors and pumping machinery.
• Schematic drawings for electrical auxiliaries.
• Starting sequence for 240 Mw Generating Units of Warsak Power Station.
