Currently serving as a Senior ME Officer at Mercy Corps, I have a proven track record of designing and implementing effective ME frameworks, collaborating with international donors, and driving data-driven decision-making. Working with Mercy Corps Pakistan I am responsible for monitoring of all project activities. I am responsible designing tools and conduct various studies like baseline, KAP and endline. I am closely involved with quality collection, cleaning, mining, data management, analysis and reporting. Designed LFA, M&E Plan and Technology plan is my prime duty.

• Design and Implement monitoring and information management systems for the project and carry out monitoring visits to verify the data, measure the progress and capture the learning.
• In collaboration with the project team update the data Management Information System (MIS) that contributes to effective project implementation.
• Generate field monitoring reports on the prescribed format and upload the agreed action plan in MIS.
• Implement the CRM and handle it effectively
• Develop processes for joint monitoring with partners (government authorities/donor) and sharing the learning generated from this process by utilizing MIS.
