4 years experience in Abacus Consulting as Team Coordinator in Telenor Project. My JDs were to provide Customer services to the clients through Calls/Emails, solve their problems and to manage a team of 25 persons as Team Coordinator/ Junior Team Leader. The company for providing best customer services also awarded me on this.
