Job Responsibility:
 Currently working with Zamil Operation and Maintenance at Saudi Aramco Berri Gas Metering Station Jubail Saudi Arabia, Where’s the daily Natural Gas supply is around 600 MMSCFD per day for the 2743 Mega Watt JWAP Power Plant.
 Ensure to implement all safety standard parameter , PTW , TBT, JSA, JHA, LOTO System.
 Supervise all schedule scrapping and cleaning activity of 12km 36 dia inch Gas Pipe Line by using MFL and other cleaning pig tools.
 Responsible to monitor for all shift operations at plant site, and issuance of permits as API Authorized Permit Issuer.
 Supervise the changeover activity of Wringing Separators and replacing of gas cartridge filters as per required or pressure drop.
 Closely Monitor Toxic Gas, LEL, H2S, CO2, O2 by Authorized Gas Testers and Field Gas Testers.
 Area supervision and vigilance and ensure housekeeping in the area
 Coordination with all concern departments regarding the maintenance jobs.
 Very filmier with oil and gas process and operation in the field and CCR and field equipment’s MOV, PCV, FCV, KOD, Gas Separators and Filters.

Job Responsibility in Covered Area:

 Reverse Osmosis,

Oil Movement:
 Crude oil receiving through pipeline to storage tanks.
 Crude oil storage and feeding to crude distillation unit.
 Diesel/ receiving through pipeline and storage activities.
 Component storage (Naphtha, HSD, Crude Oil, LBO, Furnace Oil, M.S).
 Preparation of petroleum products inventory as well as the production and dispatch of the petroleum products either through pipeline operation or through gantry operation.
 Tanks switchover operation, inter-tank transfer and re-injection system.
 Initial or final dipping with surveyors or third party.
 Maintain product temperature/density according to market need.
 Volume calculation at different temperature.
 Taking manual dips, Density, Temperature of shipment tanks.
 To carry out shipping according to alleged condition.
 Local Crude Oil Decanting, Lineup, Density, Temperature & all paper work, Bowzer filling of different kind Lube base oil and JP8 Products.
 Oil Movement of Crude Oil Tanks, Furnace Area, Fuel Area, Lube Area, LPG & Propane Vessels Area, API Oil and Water Separation area take independent charge in all these Areas.
Propane Recovery Unit:
 Responsible to operate and monitor the safe and smooth operation.
 Maintain all parameters (pressure, temperature, levels, etc.) in log sheets while ensure optimum operational parameters and mention all activities in log book.
 Follow all SOP in day to day activities.
 Part of Plant Pre-commissioning, commissioning, Initial Start-up and normal Operation.
 Commissioning of motors, turbines, pumps, and compressors.
 Performance testing of the plant & amp; Product Quality control.
 Coordinate with control room and other process units before any interconnected operation & Battery limits.
 Monitor the product and crude inventory through co-ordination with oil movement personnel

Job Responsibility:
 Responsible for all the maintaining record of Plant Shutdown Material, Client Material, Project Material at Central Warehouse.
 Marinating all data on MMS Material Management Software, Receiving, Issuance, Inspection, Inward, Outward.
 Preparation of (B.O.Q) & (B.O.M) as per drawing for supply of Equipment’s & Materials
 Responsible for the Material Inspection as per Purchase Order and MTC Test Certificates.
 Responsible of Material Reconciliation for all ongoing and ending of Projects with client.
 Maintain Material Issuance Requisition and Material Inspection Reports.
 Identification and Inspection of Piping and Structure Material with their Specifications.
 Maintain Material Supply Schedule on (MS Project) Software.
 Look after the safety measures at Site Store & Central Warehouse.
 Preparation of Stock Reports on Weekly & Monthly Basis.
 Monitoring of all company Assets Machinery & Tools also Technical dealing with client about material.

Job Responsibility:
 Responsible to monitor Gas Chromatography system of Siemens Maxum II.
 Regular gas testing after 2 hours as a Authorized Gas Tester by using Honeywell gas detector.
 Follow all SOP in day to day activities.
 Operate all type of valve including Motor Operative Valve.
 Hourly Site visit and check all parameter as per plant set points and maintain it as per standard.
