Distribution Scheduling Support Executive
Responsible for scheduling plan execution of fuels distribution across the Retail/Commercial network
Work closely with terminals, haulers & retail partners to eliminate hurdles or challenges that may prevent the timely distribution of fuel products
GSAP user for customer order verification, debit/credit notes, shipment creation, and other adjustments
Liaise with Supply Ops on product movement plans and work with terminals on stock levels across the country/refinery receipts to minimize disruptions with plan adjustments accordingly
Present OtD performance in monthly connects to the RT leadership team
Personal Banker
Managed to enhance the tag portfolio, explored and reached out to new clients
Responsible for opening and closing accounts, TDRs, Kafalah, & other products.
Facilitate customers with their inquiries related to balances and other banking products like Ijarah, Consumer Ease, and Islamic Investment Certificates, etc.
Responsible to report activities for strict compliance such as RTP and FCCM.
