Currently, I am working as Manager Skills Development HASHOO FOUNDATION Lahore, and have gained a good amount of knowledge and experience of Skills Development and Youth Development in the field of education and hospitality industry. I am very well aware about the entire Skills and youth development especially in the field of education. I am an excellent communicator, and work efficiently in a team. I acquired a good understanding of the principles and practices of association, planning, records management and wide-ranging administration.
One of my strengths is my ability to multi-task and carries out the diverse range of responsibilities attributed to administrative staff in a timely and effective manner, and I have demonstrated that I am keen to take initiative and work collaboratively with other staff to make office processes as efficient as possible.
• Manage launching/implementing training programs under the skills development program.
• Manage and conduct training orientation sessions and develop training material including schedule and work plan.
• Ensure the proper implementation of the policies, procedures and standards for skills development program.
• Planning, managing & monitoring different skills development trainings and coordinate with resource person.
• Conduct meeting with program staff, develop action plans.
• Lead to manage parents/guardian/trainees day to day affairs at work place.
• To develop and co-ordinate response to identified youth needs within the their academic levels
• To advocate for the rights and needs of young people and build their capacity

• Ensure co-ordination of the youth work in the District and dissemination of good practice
• Arrange Life Skills sessions for Boarders
• Ensure the effective implementation of HF YDC (youth development center) rules & regulations
• Ensure the maintenance of personal Boarder’s academic record
• Visit academic institutions to know the performance and academic record of Boarders
• Identifying the improvement areas of Boarders and arranged possible solution
• Coordinate and liaison with stakeholders (communities, employers and consumer markets) as well ensure advocacy of NGO activities
• Identify local NGOs, corporate sector organizations, government institutes or CBOs for potential collaboration and to ensure the project is working in partnership with relevant agencies.
