· Perform duties as Coordinator as per department need.
· Oversee and supervise the work of junior staff and operational activities.
· To ensure administrative operations run efficiently in the unit.
· Works to create efficient systems and workflows within the unit.
· To manage all logistics and human resource requirements within the department.
· Maintain monthly schedules and adjust over time of junior staff
· Coordinate with housekeeping supervisors for proper cleaning of department.
· Coordinate with security supervisors to ensure safety and security of department
· Perform data-entry, documentation, printing and filling.
· Monthly census report and indicators.
· Monitor and develop plans of action and emergency plans during crisis situations.
· Handling interdepartmental and intradepartmental correspondences.
· Daily complain round, take feedback of patients and their relatives.
· Follow-up with billing department for patient billings, refunds and other queries.
· Provides quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards.
· Correspondence with supply chain department for unit stock via e-mail or call
· Registration for new patients and set appointment on discharge.
· Maintain physician schedule accordingly.
Plan for dispatch as per daily requirement.
Material properly checked self & out Sourcing, verifying physically.
Manage the warehouse and control inventory to meet client needs.
Maintain the material stock on FIFO and LIFO Basis.
Delivers items to customers by verifying orders.
Monitor employees as well as operational processes.
Assign loads to drivers based on designated routes and driver location.
Monitor the route and status of field units to coordinate and prioritize their schedule.
