 Trouble shoot PLC (Mitsubishi, FATEK, Panasonic and Allen Bradley) faults, Servo motors drives faults, Temperature controllers settings, Electronics machines card repairing.
 Installed, Calibrate & run Automatic Disposable Cannula syringe plant “AUTOMATIC KOREA”. This plant is Panasonic PLC based consist of feeders, conveyors, Auto needle feeding machines, Assembling machine, Blister packing machine Online UPS.
 Work on production maximization and minimize the downtimes of machines.
 Report to Managing Director and Factory Manager.
