Job Responsibilities (Accountant)
Generate Asset Master Data in SAP.
Generate Purchase Request (PR) to make Purchase Order (PO).
Generate Goods Receipt against Purchase Order (GRPO) in order to generate A/P Invoice.
Monitor and solve all issues regarding PRs and GRPOs.
Fixed Assets Management.
Job Responsibilities (Procurement Coordinator)
Prepare purchase orders and send copies to suppliers to departments originating the requests.
Check determine either inventory stocks are sufficient for needs ordering more materials when necessary.
Respond to the enquiries about order status, changes or cancellations.
Contact suppliers to schedule or expedite material delivery and to resolve missed or late delivery other problems.
Collaborate with Store Fixed Assets department in order to solve the issues regarding material.
Send the material to Quality Control department for checking assurance of quality standards.
Responsible for timely payments to suppliers through Accounts Department for the goodwill of company.
Review purchase requisition in order to verify accuracy specification.
Prepare maintain purchasing files other documents.
Compare price, specification delivery date by preparing comparative statements and find best suitable suppliers.
Track the status of requisition orders.
