Career-Prep Fellow: ( July 2016 – August2016)
– Communication: Completed a competitive written application and interview process to be selected from over 900 applicants for intensive 3-month Fellowship funded by Stanford University.
– Skills development: Investing 150 hours in order to develop business skills (e.g., communication, leadership, problem solving, teamwork, etc.) that will help me make a deeper impact on the job.

– Mechanical workshop: learnt different types of operational machine(lathe ,drill, shaper ,planer ) ,different valves(rotary ,glove valve),different pumps different bearings, different grinder tools and different gears
– Boiler house: learnt about different section of boiler, water circulation, flue gasses circulation, air cycle, pump, valves and their maintenance.
– Power house: learnt about different types of turbine, their maintenance , oil circulation , generator working
– Supervision: learnt to maintain the operation of turbine, boiler, process house ,mechanical workshop
– Process house: learnt how we can make sugar from sugar cane by different process

Boiler house: learnt about different section of boiler, water circulation from condenser, cooling tower, boiler flue gasses circulation, air cycle, pump, valves and their maintenance.
Power house: learnt about different types of turbine, their maintenance , oil circulation , generator working
Learnt about water treatment in chemical section and circulation of oil from oil descending area
