 Take over charge of theplant from his counterpart of outgoingshift.
 Supervise the plant during shift hours for safe,efficient and smooth operation taking care of loaddemand, local procedures / instructions.
 Ensure recordingof parametersas per logsheets.
 Monitor recordedparametersfrom logsheets.
 Analyze plant operating parameters.
 Identify abnormal parameters,predict potential faults and report/propose the remedial action.
 Implementation and Compliance to ISO Systems dictated by Management.
 Participate in fault investigation and propose remedial measures.
 Assist Manager in implementation of EnerPlastics safetyrules duringshifthours.
 Preparesafetydocuments duringshift hours relevant to his authorization.
 Prepareshift report and othersheets as per shift routine.
 Follow-up and supervise execution of periodic checks& stand-by change over at the plant.
 Perform anyother relevant task assigned by his seniors.
